How does an order work at Oliveru? | A user chooses the desired products (you will be able to set a minimum order amount (e.g., €25) to be reached for orders from your warehouse). |
| Upon payment of the order Oliveru handles the payment and records the order by retaining directly the percentages of fees for payment and handling services. | |
| The user pays for the order and, if the cost of the order is below the free shipping threshold (threshold equal to 49€), the shipping fee is included in the payment, fixed fee equal to 4.9€ (shipping and logistics fee per warehouse). The seller will have to bear any additional costs of logistics. Once the free shipping threshold for the order warehouse is exceeded, the customer will not pay any shipping contribution and the manufacturer will be fully responsible for covering the cost of shipping and logistics. | |
| Oliveru offers logistics service, either from the vendor's warehouse or Oliveru's partner warehouse, making shipments available at a competitive price. It also allows the full potential of the platform to be utilized by allowing products to be stored together with other vendors in Oliveru's partner warehouses. | |
| Once registered, the order appears in the Orders section in your store's private area, selecting to purchase shipping from one of Oliveru's partners will show an estimate of the shipping cost. The vendor will be able to purchase a shipment for the order depending on the weight and content, choosing the courier pickup date from their warehouse. | |
| All the vendor has to do is prepare the package with the items to be shipped. For products stored in Oliveru's partner warehouses there is nothing to do, Oliveru's partner warehouse takes care of everything. If the goods are in the vendor's warehouse, simply book the pickup by purchasing the shipment from the platform on the Orders screen. | |
| The delivery of the package is done by a courier of Oliveru or the seller. In any case, the user can track the shipment and stay informed through Oliveru's platform. | |
Payment methods | During the registration of your store on Oliveru you will be asked to provide us with your bank account details as a method of payment for crediting the platform earnings. |
| Oliveru handles the payment of orders by buyers, each payment, after 14 days is released to the manufacturer's Oliveru Wallet. The payment and Oliveru service fees mentioned above (as per the fee schedule) will be automatically retained. At any time the producer can request to transfer his earnings from the Oliveru Wallet to his own bank account (PayOut), with a small transaction fee of €2.00. Oliveru may apply constraints on the frequency of PayOut requests or the minimum amount to be reached to make a transfer to the vendor's account. | |
Store and inventory | Each manufacturer, when entering a new product, is also required to enter data on the amount of available products it intends to sell through Oliveru. It is the obligation of each seller to have the availability of products in the indicated warehouse at the time it is declared on the platform. |
| Cooperative logistics and direct products: | |
| Each producer can take advantage of Oliveru's Direct and Cooperative Logistics service where there is availability. In this way, products from various vendors are stored in shared warehouses and benefit from shared logistics, paying on a per-use basis for shipments, services, and storage space. | |
| How it works: first, each vendor decides the number of products to be sent to Oliveru's shared warehouse, the shipment is registered through the platform and moved to one of Oliveru's shared warehouses (affiliated partners). The products will then be available for direct shipment along with those of other vendors, allowing the buyer to make a single shipment, saving on logistics costs and incentivizing purchases as a result. Shipping costs and shipping fees of orders seen from shared warehouses with other vendors will be shared on the respective products based on the selling price. | |
| Oliveru will charge fees for logistics service based on how long the products stay in the shared warehouses charging based on volume and time (as per the table rate). | |
Right to cancel the service | The producer has the right to cancel his subscription to the service at any time without being charged any penalty. He will only be responsible for completing the orders already issued and paying for the services used. Inbound outbound goods handling costs are the responsibility of the manufacturer. |
